Culinary and Lead Culinary Manager
The Culinary Manager and Lead Culinary Manager is specifically responsible for leading our Culinary team in providing handmade goodness to our Guests with every dish. This role is key in delivering on Cheddar’s promise to consistently provide scratch-made food from simple, honest ingredients according to each recipe.
General Managers lead the full team at each restaurant. Leadership skill as well as a passion for collaborative, on-going training allows our General Managers to build and maintain a strong, profitable team.
Managing Partners have proven leadership through excellent results, starting with consistently strong teams and solid financial performance. Their dedication to excellence in their role is recognized by additional engagement in the success of Cheddar’s business plan.
Area Directors are responsible for a group of restaurants, providing leadership and direction consistent with Cheddar’s business plan. This role is also responsible for guiding Cheddar’s management teams and facilitating ongoing development of our leaders.
