Cheddar’s will be mailing out W-2 forms, to the employee address on file, on or before January 31st as required by law.
We ask that you allow up to 10 business days for the US Postal Service to deliver your mail.
If your mailing address was incorrect prior to January 31st, your W-2 form should be returned to our office. We will attempt to redirect the form to the correct address if it has been provided. We will begin reprinting W-2 forms on Monday, February 15th. If you have not received your W-2 form by February 15th, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement. You will need to include your full name, full address, restaurant location, and last 4 digits of your social security number in the email.
