Cheddar’s will be mailing out W-2 forms, to the employee address on file, on or before January 31st as required by law.
We ask that you allow up to 10 business days for the US Postal Service to deliver your mail.
If your mailing address was incorrect prior to January 31st, your W-2 form should be returned to our office. We will attempt to redirect the form to the correct address if it has been provided. We will begin reprinting W-2 forms on Monday, February 15th. If you have not received your W-2 form by February 15th, please send an email to email@example.com to request a replacement. You will need to include your full name, full address, restaurant location, and last 4 digits of your social security number in the email.
Please note, due to volume, it could take up to 14 days to receive your replacement. Please do not submit multiple requests during this time frame, as it may cause a delay in processing your original request.
If you need a copy of a prior year W-2, you can obtain one via the Social Security Administration or IRS. The process for making a request to either organization can be found on the Social Security Administrations website. Click here for more information.
