The Culinary Manager and Lead Culinary Manager is specifically responsible for leading our Culinary team in providing handmade goodness to our Guests with every dish. This role is key in delivering on Cheddar’s promise to consistently provide scratch-made food from simple, honest ingredients according to each recipe.
The General Manager ensures Operational Excellence across all facets of the restaurant by instilling high standards and delivering superior results in all areas of the business – sales growth, outstanding service, profitability, food quality, training & development management and facilities management.

Director of Operations are responsible for a group of restaurants, providing leadership and direction consistent with Cheddar’s business plan. This role is also responsible for guiding Cheddar’s management teams and facilitating ongoing development of our leaders.
